Modern low emission wood heaters fueled by sustainably managed fuel sources are very low emitters of particulates and other substances.
The wood heating industry will continue to proactively show leadership in tackling the problems of wood smoke emissions.
It is in the interest of all stakeholders including the AHHA to work collaboratively to reduce the amount of emissions from wood heaters and the AHHA continuously strives for excellence and minimisation of emissions by stringent research, testing and certification and education campaigns.
